• If you must wear flip-flops in South Korea, use socks, or be prepared to be reprimanded even by a stranger on the streets. Lucky when I was in Korea, it is during winter so I dont have such problem.
• In Vietnam, handle your chopsticks with quick dexterity when picking from a communal plate and avoid having them touch your lips, teeth or tongue. We always do that, and we do need to touch the lips,teeth or tongue. Maybe we should just open our mouth and just throw the food inside?
• Never touch the head of the Thai person, no matter how much a good friend he/she is. Its considered bad luck for the person, and yourself. To me I dont like people touch my head also, dont like people to mess up my hair as already very messy.
• Keep your shoulders and upper arms covered in inda, unless you are looking for trouble- these body parts are consider extremely erotic by indian men. When I was in india, those guys really treat me like someone from alien world. As most of them dont get to travel to other countries, and lucky I went there during winter for delhi trip. When I was in mumbai, I do wear sleeveless and but mumbai is not that bad, some people look some dont.
