Foods that will kill you!

We often eat what we wanna eat and never care whether it will kills us or not. Here are some of the killers..

1) Laksa- Saturated Fats:22.6g

2) Chicken rice- Saturated Fats:23g

3) Char Kway Teow- Saturated Fats:29.2g

4) Fast food burger - Saturated Fats:10g

5) French fries- Saturated Fats: 2.6g

6) Roti prata - Saturated Fats: 1.3g

7) Raw shellfish

8) Prawn Crackers

9) Alcohol

Hmm lucky dont have fried mee hoon, noodles. I eat it almost every breakfast. But still everything should be eaten in moderation. Even not a killer will become a killer.
