Even when young I know how to pose but can ignore the banana skin, I think I ate banana before my pic was taken

De-Stress I need!!! Saw from magazine how to de-stress.

A few ways I can de-stress

  1. GET MOVING - Burn it with a 15 Mins walk. This should be no problem for me as I like window shopping but after I buy something and found out that I have spent quite alot. I more stressful.
  2. LIGHTEN UP - Listen to music, watch a funny movie or 5 mins deep belly laughs. I have belly now, I can do that!
  3. JUICE UP - Drink Fresh juice. Apples are good for the heart and help lower cholestrol levels, while cranberry cleans the urinary tract.
  4. SUPPLEMENT - A balanced diet- I will try to take Q10, which supports the immune system and relieves fatigue by helping convert fat into engery. Eat Sardine, makerel, peanuts and meat.
  5. TRY QI BREATHING - Inhale (Slowly & deeply breath through nostrils) I do that always as working here make me needs to breath in and out more.

Hope that all these can help me dont be so stressful.
