I saw this lychee martini cake from magazine. I first saw this and I want to order this for my birthday treat to my colleauge. Finally today is the day. My actual birthday is tomorrow but tomorrow I on half day shopping with sally. S$45 for a 1.3kg cake, they told me that it is quite expensive. But it is good. Everybody likes it, never eat lychee cake with martini before. This cake is drenched in grown-up vodka and lychee liqueur then layered with fresh cream, roasted almonds, and jelly studded with whole lychees.

My lili shining sister mc went home. No luck to eat the cake. My other shining sister lua said the cake is too soft, but cake are suppose to be soft. And it is good for him, he is old already better dont bite hard things.

I would recommend this cake to those who like to try new flavour of non traditional cake. Gooda.
