Anchovies, normally we eat when we order nasi lemak. So called Ikan Bilis. I didnt know that anchovies are highly nutricious. A cold-water fish rich in natual oils, it contains seven times more omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than normal fish. The Harvard School of Public Health has also reported that women who consumed more fish and fish oil (rich in omega-3 fatty acids) significantly reduced their risk of heart disease as the fatty acids help to prevent blood clots that lead to heart attacks.

But then hor, normally ikan bilis are fried, so how can still be so healthy after being fried? Just eat lah.
